Another Satisfied Client!
|

All Realtors know a "Mr. and Mrs. Be-Back". They all say they will be back in one, two or five years. Unfortunately, they are never to be heard from again. We are the 'real' Mr. and Mrs. Be-Back!
When we first looked at real estate with Candie, we decided not to relocate at that time. I think that the fact that we came back to her seven years later speaks for itself!
When we found a home she was professional and did her best to find the answers to our questions.

Western North Carolina or WNC, as its often abbreviated is a very special place to both natives and transplants alike. Real estate specialist Candie Parker, born in Asheville but growing up all over the world, understands.
PERSONAL STATEMENT
"Two things come first for me in my work with people. 'First, I know and love the mountain region of Western North Carolina. I was born here and have lived here all of my adult life, and this intimate knowledge of the area allows me to give my clients really helpful, informed guidance. Second, I understand from personal experience the difficulties buyers and sellers face, and that has made me determined to make the whole real estate experience a successful one for every person I help.
I grew up in a military family that was always on the move, although my relatives were here and we knew Asheville as home base. Living in different countries and cultures was a wonderful opportunity, but it also brought its share of problems: moving often, being uprooted, losing friends, and going through the hassle of leaving and buying a home every couple of years.
I know first-hand the difficulties of buying and selling, because my family went through that so many times. I also know the obstacles that can be overcome or avoided altogether with expert guidance from a professional.
Its interesting that after traveling all over the world, it was Western North Carolina I returned to when time came for college and settling down. I still enjoy traveling, but I consider this area one of the most beautiful parts of the United States, and I feel very lucky to call it my home.
If you're considering moving to the greater Asheville, Hendersonville, or anywhere in the Western North Carolina area, or if you already live, have a home or property to sell in the Western North Carolina area and need help with buying or selling property, I hope you'll give me a call. My professional expertise and standing in the community is important, yes, but I think you'll find that my knowledge of the area and my commitment to making the process as easy as possible is what really makes the difference."
