Hi, I’m Candie Parker and as a licensed Asheville, North Carolina REALTOR ® in the beautiful Asheville area since 1989, I would love to be your real estate agent and find you the home of your dreams. I was born near Asheville and then traveled the world with my family who proudly served in the military. The opportunities of living in different countries and exploring different cultures was wonderful, however I also repeatedly experienced the downside of moving so often - being uprooted, losing friends, and of course going through the sadness of leaving a loved home. Through it all, though, Asheville, NC was always home to me and I was so glad as an adult to return and settle down in this beautiful Western North Carolina city and work as a home REALTOR ®. My past experience has given me a unique perspective on moving that I think will help me, as your home real estate agent, and in turn help you in your move.
Being an experienced Asheville REALTOR ® , my greatest pleasure is matching my clients with just the right home for them. I have an intimate knowledge of the Asheville area, ensuring I give my clients the most informed and helpful real estate guidance. I personally know the difficulties of BUYING and SELLING homes. Growing up in a military family, always on the move, I understand from first-hand experience the difficulties both buyers and sellers face.
